This illustration is called „THE STEAMING EAGLE" - my contribution to the competition "STEAMPUNK - NEW HISTORY" a 3D art challenge by 3dmodels.org. 

It takes a few steps from the initial idea to the final illustration. But every step from modeling the objects to creating clean UV maps and giving the objects realistic textures is an exciting task every time.
